Reporting to Director of Produce:• Oversee the conception, development and delivery of a bespoke ERP & Payment on Yield system which overlays Oracle EBS into 5 core Produce sites in our manufacturing division, to be used by over 1,500 colleagues from the shop floor to director. The 1st phase in this project has now been deployed into 3 of these sites, which has enable a move closer to source for our procurement team. The new business processes I have introduced have created a £2.1 million benefit this year, with a projected benefit of £9 million annually for phase 2 of the project.• Facilitate the continuity of training on Oracle and SMS2 legacy systems used across the division.• Liaise with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Logistics, Legal and Commercial divisions and 3rd parties to gather requirements and devise implementation plans for new content concurrently in a live operational environment.• Act as principal conduit between Manufacturing Operations teams across the division and the Technology Teams for enhancements to systems, prioritising the development and delivery, and advising on change and opportunities for improvements at a director level.

• Oversaw the development of an RDC/DC team at the 2nd largest produce RDC in Morrisons.• Lead the successful consultation for the management restructure and subsequent team restructure of the warehouse and logistics team onsite.• Responsible for the business analysis and insight into trends within the business to create the business case for restructuring the working patterns and labour requirements of the warehouse team from a 5/7 legacy pattern to a reduced headcount 4/4 multifunctional team.• Business analyst and operational lead on the joint IFCO/Morrisons project to outsource basket washing from 16 Manufacturing sites to 3rd Party facilities.

Reporting to Site General Managers• Gained experience across all 3 divisions of Morrisons Manufacturing: Protein, Produce and Non-Food.• Part of the management relief team brought in to support newly acquired business units during peak season (Flowers for Valentines & Mother’s Day) • Took over management of the production and packaging teams at 4 weeks’ notice after the departure of the previous manager and delivered 2 successful events in quick succession where volume peaked at 300% standard capacity.• Worked on CI within one of the potato packing facilities whilst working as a Front Line Manager to improve yield and reduce giveaway by 1.5%, saving £42k in unknown raw material loss over 6 months.

Reporting to Business Owner:• General Manager for North Leeds & Craven in a chain of 6 small hardware stores, with 3 stores under my remit & 18 members of staff.• Responsible for inventory and procurement including wholesale.• Established the online business unit, creating in 8 months a business that turned over £600,000 in its 1st year prior to being sold to a 3rd party.
