I’m an experienced project and programme manager with an ability to understand, respect and work together with people from diverse cultures. I’ve provided strategic leadership to a number of teams, delivering programmes of work from large-scale regulatory commitments to work’s maintenance. I’m skilled in project management with the capacity to manage a team and stakeholders. Keeping people safe at work, meeting programme dates, and completing quality projects is fundamentally important to me delivering my role. I’m all about people and their mental wellbeing, and I’ve enjoyed leading motivated and engaged teams to achieve my targets. I like to regularly catch-up with my team to listen and learn, so I can grow from their technical knowledge, as well as enjoying both their professional and personal stories.
