As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, my responsibilities include the accurate and timely completion of prescription medicine orders and the replenishment of prescription medication to Acu-Dose automatic prescription medicine dispensing systems. Assist pharmacist in the preparation on non-sterile compounds and prepared unit dose syringes for delivery to patients. Prepare sterile IV products in accordance with USP 797 Guidelines. Package bulk medications into unit dosage form. Receive incoming prescription medication shipment and place into inventory. Adhere to all State and Federal pharmacy regulations; and maintain pharmacy in a clean and safe manner.

As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, my responsibilities include the accurate and timely completion of prescription medicine orders; entering prescription medicine orders and patient profiles into Intercom Plus Pharmacy Management System; sale and delivery of prescription medicine orders to patients; filling prescription medication using automated medication dispensing devices and manual filling processes; prepare suspensions and solutions; inventory stock medicines and place orders for replenishment medications; receive incoming medicine shipments and place into inventory; resolve exceptions and third party insurance issues with Physicians and Insurance Providers; adhere to all State and Federal pharmacy regulations; and maintain pharmacy in a clean and safe manner.
