• Timetabling EECMS units through Web Data Collector scheduling system, while liaising closely withacademics to ensure changes and requests (i.e. industry speakers, equipment) are accuratelyentered into the system;• Preparing examinations for the end of the semester and further assessment/deferred examinations;• Requesting examination cover sheets through the system after checking with academics fornecessary requirements/adjustments.• Liaising with International Campuses and Partners;• Maintaining an accurate calendar of local Bentley and international campus teaching dates,examination periods, further assessment periods, Board of Examiners meeting, etc. and forwardinginformation to school academics with regular updates;• Establishing effective working relationships internally and externally (e.g. scheduling, studentservices & courses management) to ensure any required unit changes (e.g. class quotas, requestingadditional workshops/labs etc.) are successfully implemented;• Retrieving key information requested by academics from Student One such as enrolment numbers,FA/DA student for sup exam preparation etc;• Facilitating a strong repour with academics to ensure that deadlines for work tasks (e.g. providingexams, grades) are met;• Utilizing Agile-Scrum project management techniques to assist SBM and Director of Learning andTeaching with strategic work as and when needed (e.g. reviewing CAP and deferred examinationprocess and communicating school processes and procedures to academics in line with Curtinpolicy.• Assisting colleagues in the teaching support and administrative teams with duties, by proactivelyseeking out tasks that need to be actioned and completing them (e.g. assisting admin team withArchiving).• Working in line with Curtin's values of Integrity, Respect, Courage, Excellence, and Impact.
