Accountable for leading Shell Projects & Technology Governance Deliverables and Project assurance activities on Arrow Energy’s $2.5B AUD Surat Gas Project.

Responsible for Cost, Schedule and Risk Management across all QGC Upstream Greenfield and Brownfield Projects scope, and QGC Midstream Project Scope. Directly supporting Shells Integrated Gas Project Manager for East Australia, this role ensured predictable annual delivery of $600-$700M AUD Project work, the introduction of 200-250 new CSG wells year-on-year, and top-quartile profiling of Risk to ensure transparency and appropriate mitigation.

Accountable for delivery of $50 - $100M AUD annual Brownfield Project portfolio on QGC's 3000+ Production Wellsites and associated Gathering to support debottlenecking, reliability improvements, asset integrity, pilot facilities and workovers.Responsible for all related Project matters including; HSSE, cost, schedule, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and handover of scope to Operations.

•Manage delivery of unconventional Gas Projects. •Manage budgets in line with Business needs. •Promote group Business and Behavioural principles.•Collaborate with large variety of delivery streams and multi-discipline contractors.•Absorb challenges and structure major project interfaces for future success.•Ensure execution and start-up plans.•Optimise schedule and production constraints.•Deliver ramp-gas acceleration initiatives. •Develop group personnel and succession planning.

•Lead HSE, Budget, and Schedule performances. •Manage Coal Seam Gas Wellsite based Project portfolio (>$25M AUD annually).•Manage various internal functional group relations and conflicting stakeholder priorities. •Maximise delivery efficiencies.•Expedite Engineering and Procurement development. •Ensure Constructability influence on design.
