Owner of learning strategy and consulting offerings for client services, new product development, external partnerships, thought leadership and industry award submissions. Assist in the creation of RFPs and sales presentations. Highlights• I worked with the solutions team on scoping, pricing, and response creation. My contributions focused on learning technology, aligning business strategy to learning programs, and recommended learning strategies. • Responsible for content marketing and thought leadership. I became very good at LinkedIn Elevate to submit daily postings to LinkedIn and Twitter of current industry trends and practices. I also submitted a couple of blog posts to the corporate blog site and wrote articles for three magazine publications. I represented the company by presenting at two learning conferences, participating in a podcast for Brandon Hall and a webinar for Training Industry. Also notable was my contribution to an industry award submission which resulted in Conduent Learning Services selection as a Training Industry Top 20 Content Development Company• I managed technology vendor relationships and reviewed and evaluated a wide variety learning technologies. I also managed our academic partnership with Stanford mediaX. • One interesting bit of work was the creation of a new product offering — Deep Analytics: Machine Learning and AI for Business Insights. This solution is unique in that it relies on xAPI as a standard to extract, transform, and load data from a variety of learning and business systems to provide predictive and prescriptive analytics to help drive learning and provide insights to the business. • I’ve long felt that our traditional methods of performance consulting while good, are also a bit stodgy. To update our practices I put together a methodology and activities for Design Thinking for Learning Innovation to take a more creative look at learning solutions with the objective of creating personalized learning experiences.

In this work I created the strategy, sourced the technology, and acted as art director. The result was a comprehensive learning program with 26 online courses, peer mentoring, and collaborative communities. One unique feature of the program is that xAPI was implemented to track and manage social learning activity. This project was awarded a Gold Medal for Learning Innovation by the Brandon Hall Group.• Following the launch of the Xerox Services learning program, I acted as the social learning community manager. In this capacity I grew participation to 12,000 active learners. Key to this effort was the creation of a Community Manager Certificate program which was recognized with a Silver Medal for Social Learning by the Brandon Hall Group.• I also did a number of projects for Xerox Enterprise Learning including the design and managing the development of mobile learning template, an e-learning style and standards guide to govern all learning products hosted on the LMS.• Other Xerox internal work included the design strategy for the Lean Six Sigma group to transform the Green Belt training from a week long lecture with 300+ slides to a blended learning program with interactive virtual learning sessions, e-learning, and a dynamic online group simulation.
