My role required me to organise and run the team responsible for the delivery of training courses, facilitation of events, coaching and completing business development reviews for GRG clients. My primary role was as the Lead Consultant, delivering face-to-face learning interventions for our clients. Using the skills I had learned in training, I transferred to an area manager position covering 14 BMW and MINI dealerships and 4 Porsche centres within the Stratstone group and reporting to the Franchise Group Director.
