At Willow Creek Women’s Hospital, my leadership in pharmacy management has been instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance and driving the successful implementation of innovative technologies, such as the transition from Pyxis to Omnicell systems. My role as co-chair of the pharmacy and therapeutics committee has empowered our team to enhance drug distribution efficiencies and perform meticulous drug cost analysis for our 64-bed hospital, including a 24-bed NICU.Serving as an ASHP Delegate for Arkansas, I contribute to shaping the pharmacy profession at a state level while leveraging my expertise in formulary management and hospital pharmacy operations. My dedication to advancing patient care is reflected in our organization's adherence to the highest standards, underscored by successful JCAHO and State Board of Pharmacy inspections.
