One was an IP sale and collaboration with Medtronic for implantable drug infusion pumps (AMF press release, Sept. 16, 2021). • Business Development. With BD team, have conducted IP due diligences and freedom-to-operate analyses for potential entry to businesses or collaborations. • Head of IP. Manage the intellectual property-legal budget and lead a professional staff.• IP Strategist. Strategically developed and increased patent portfolios for technologies that have been licensed or sold. In last two years, doubled the patent application filings compared to historical, annual patent filings.• Litigation. Managed litigation related to a breach of contract.
