As an Executive Director and Chief Civil Engineer at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR), Philip Reeve, P.Eng. has focused much of his professional practice on managing the overall direction of the firm's civil/municipal group and ensuring its high level of expertise. With nearly three decades of professional engineering experience, Philip is responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s services in the municipal infrastructure field. At JLR, Philip leads a group of engineers and technical staff in a variety of municipal and transportation projects, from environmental assessments and contract administration, to concept, functional, and detailed design studies. He has significant experience in condition assessments, rehabilitation planning, and asset management, and leverages his expertise in managing complex projects in congested urban areas to effectively communicate with stakeholder groups and the public.A graduate of McGill University (B.Eng. with Great Distinction), Philip is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario and the North American Society for Trenchless Technology.
