I completed an 8-week summer internship in PwC, within their Assurance practice. This involved a variety of work, including callovers of financial statements, expense testing and assisting with various evidence-gathering activities for audits, such as calculating the movements between the interim accounts of companies and the previous figures recorded. In addition to this, I assisted my team with ensuring that all of the paperwork and filing to do with the audits were in good order.
