Senior Human Resources Generalist
Current• Manage the full cycle recruiting for a 300+ remote/hybrid nonprofit organization by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding all candidates and new hires.• Successfully recruit licensed social workers (LMSW, LCSW-C), registered nurses (RN), case managers, administrative support, and other positions in over 10 grant-funded programs.• Manage the ATS system, ClearCompany, to track open requisitions, source a pipeline of qualified candidates and communicate with all members of the hiring team; regularly facilitate trainings for hiring managers to navigate the system for collaboration in the hiring process.• Facilitate the new coworker orientation process by collaborating with training presenters and members of the welcome team, scheduling initial orientation, and communicating with new coworkers regularly prior to their arrival. • Focus on retention strategies for all programs, including participating in workgroups, stay interviews, exit interviews, and a new coworker incentive program.• Engage identified coworkers in career development discussions by creating individualized plans to advance their professional development with the potential for internal transitions. Collaborate with Directors and Managers on job descriptions and job ads to ensure uniformity in accordance with organizational branding.• Partner with the Corporate Development Team and hiring managers to establish and implement a vision for the talent acquisition strategy by reporting metrics and communicating changes in the job market. • Develop key success metrics and generate reports in the ATS to evaluate the progress of talent acquisition activities.
