This project necessitated the upgrading of existing MTM infrastructures to seamlessly integrate with forthcoming High Capacity Metro Trains. My key responsibilities centered on overseeing waivers related to non-conformance designs and actively participating in risk workshops, strategically mitigating potential risks to ensure the project's successful implementation.

From August 2017 to September 2017, I was actively engaged in handling claims related to the MFU project. Following that, from September 2017 to February 2018, my focus shifted to ensuring the quality of ITS works (Intelligent Transportation Systems). Since February 2018 up to the present time, my responsibilities have primarily centered around Quality Management, encompassing tasks such as managing Request for Information (RFI), Document Change Notices (DCN), Drawings (DWGS), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and Lots management.

Singapore

From February 2014 to February 2016, I assumed the role of Risk and Temporary Works Manager for the Mayflower Station project, which is part of the Thompson East Coast Line. During this period, I efficiently managed risk-related aspects and temporary works, ensuring smooth project execution.Subsequently, from February 2016 to July 2017, I served as a Senior Tunnel Engineer at Havelock MRT Station, still under the Thompson East Coast Line. In this position, I collaborated with the Tunnel Manager to oversee the production of a 150-meter underpass tunnel using a Rectangular box jack Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). Additionally, I took on the responsibility of coordinating risk management activities, ensuring the project adhered to high safety standards and efficiently managed potential risks.

Hong Kong, Macau

During the period spanning from July 2010 to December 2013, I occupied several significant roles at LEIGHTON ASIA. Initially, I assumed the position of Senior Engineer, contributing my skills to the successful execution of the Express Rail Link Project - Contract 822 from July 2010 to September 2011. During this tenure, my responsibilities primarily centered around overseeing the concrete lining works for the various tunnels within the project. Later, I transitioned to the Pre-contract and Services department at LEIGHTON ASIA's Head Office, where I served as a Senior Engineer from September 2011 to December 2012. In this capacity, I actively participated in pre-contract activities, providing valuable support and insights. My journey continued as a Senior Project Engineer from December 2012 to December 2013, wherein I contributed to the WYNN COTAI casino project in Macau, with a specific focus on piling works.

Australia - Melbourne/Sydney

Between November 2009 and May 2010, I held the position of Senior Site Engineer at LEIGHTON CONTRACTORS PTY LTD, during which , I was responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse range of works packages for the Westall Building Project in Melbourne. This assignment continued for a duration of 7 months.In the period from August 2009 to November 2009, I worked as a Project Engineer at LEIGHTON CONTRACTORS PTY LTD, contributing to the Metro Tunnel Project (Tender Phase) in Sydney for 4 months.Earlier, from February 2009 to August 2009, I worked for LEIGHTON CONTRACTORS PTY LTD as a Project Engineer for both the Springvale Rail/Road Project and Coolaroo Station Project (Tender Phase) in Melbourne, where I actively participated for 4 months.Throughout these experiences, I gained valuable insights and hands-on experience within LEIGHTON CONTRACTORS PTY LTD, enabling me to apply my engineering expertise to significant projects in both Melbourne and Sydney. From April 2008 to November 2008, I worked as a Site Engineer at DRAGAGES HK Limited, which is a part of the BOUYGUES construction group. During this period, my role involved contributing to the Ocean Park Master Redevelopment Project until its completion in November 2008.Prior to that, from November 2007 to April 2008, I served as a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) pilot at DRAGAGES HK Limited for the Castle Peak Cable Tunnel Project, operating the TBM for a period of six months. Before these roles, I was engaged in an 18-month VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) contract as a Method Engineer at DRAGAGES HK Limited, another project related to the Castle Peak Cable Tunnel Project. This tenure lasted from May 2006 to November 2007. Throughout these experiences, I had the opportunity to be part of the BOUYGUES construction group, gaining valuable insights and expertise in the field of construction engineering, particularly in the domain of tunnels and cable infrastructures. Each role allowed me to contribute significantly to the respective projects, utilizing my skills and knowledge to ensure successful outcomes.

During my four-month contract as a site engineer at GFC Construction (BOUYGUES GROUP), I had the opportunity to oversee the construction of a pharmaceutical building extension for Sanofi Aventis. I played an important role in managing and coordinating various aspects of the project, which has allowed me to showcase my commitment to delivering successful results.

From 2004 to 2005, I undertook a seven-month research position in Geotechnics at Oklahoma University. During this tenure, I conducted comprehensive investigations focusing on shear strength in unsaturated soil.
