Cultural Development Network (CDN) is a not-for-profit organisation that advocates for the essential role of arts and cultural expression in the development of creative, healthy, engaged and sustainable communities. CDN achieves this by working with arts and cultural organisations, institutions and producers to better understand their work and its contribution to the public good.CDN has developed a cloud technology platform called Takso to help deliver this work. Takso records the steps of arts production, from purpose through to reflection, helping users understand how and why their work matters.

Glass was an inter-disciplinary strategic consulting unit covering research, communications strategy, media and entertainment consulting and training.Responsible for leading 5 senior consultants across Sydney and Melbourne to delivery a hybrid of media strategy, advertising consultancy, consumer research and think-tank.
