I conduct forms analysis on our dealer partners forms to ensure we have the legal rights and licenses to use specific forms when converting a dealer partners system over to Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud platform. We verify accuracy and integrity on all forms necessary from city to country specific requirements. I assist the dealer partner in transcribing important information into their instance and follow up to make sure the forms and information is encoding correctly on a variety of sales scenarios.

As part of the Customer Success team at Reciprocity, my role is to onboard new customers to the ZenGRC application. Creating unique implementation plans for large and small companies who are using ZenGRC for their InfoSec, Cybersecurity, and Compliance tracking needs. I work closely with the Product and Engineering teams, creating training documentation on new features, giving feedback, and developing content new users can enjoy. In conjunction with Customer Success Managers, I help customers find success in the ZenGRC application - whether it's help troubleshooting a feature, setting up an integration, or learning what each module can offer their team - I am there every step of the customer journey supporting their success!

I travel to dealerships around the U.S., both individually and with a team, installing and converting our software for customers. This position requires excellent presentation and communication skills as I will meet with dealership management and executives to understand the needs for each dealership. Based on these requirements, I customize the system and train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.

Guest Relations is the know all/do all for guest service and recovery at The Walt Disney World Resort. Daily interactions included understanding and finding solutions to conflicts by investigating claims and real time data to make an informed decision, speak with guests about their disability concerns and offering assistance when necessary and appropriate, partner with various lines of business to achieve an excellent service outcome for guests, and of course provide excellent customer service that Disney is known for worldwide. As a tour guide, I take groups of 20+ guests behind the scenes on a 5-hour walking tour of The Magic Kingdom and share the stories and secrets of how The Walt Disney World Resort came to be. I would also cater lunch during these tours as the lunch coordinator.
