As a Regional Recruitment Manager for City Year, I developed and implemented recruitment strategies to locate and recruit talented and hard-working individuals to work 11 months with our program. My role required, but was not limited to the following:•Managed, communicated, and tracked relationships with faculty and staff and over 1000 students at 13 schools across Florida and Georgia. • Planned and executed recruitment events on college campuses to build City Year awareness and interest among college students.• Oversaw regional portfolio and identified potential partnerships within the universities to build strong relationships with key stakeholder

I served as a school-based Senior Corps member who led two teams of 9 in-coming Americorps volunteers through service years. In this role, I used student data and coaching sessions to evaluate the impact of school-based programs and cultivated strong school partners to drive service and assess student impact.

I Served as a full-time English/Reading interventionist and mentor to 120 9th grade students with a team of 10 AmeriCorps members. During this time I created a leadership program for 9th-grade students that focused on social-emotional learning and citizenship.
