Guided by compassion and driven by curiosity.Who I am and what motivates me:I'm a US Army Green Beret (Senior Special Forces Medical Sergeant) seeking a position in the medical device industry for the beginning of 2025 as I transition out of active duty service. I'm deeply excited about opportunities in this field because of the challenge, the dynamic pace of the work, and the real impact that comes with success. It's crucial for me to find a career where I can apply my drive and technical communications skills to make meaningful differences in the lives of others, and the medical device industry is where that becomes possible.What I offer:During my career in Special Forces, I have demonstrated success in building key working relationships with physicians and foreign military officials in high stakes environments including operating rooms and foreign military command suites. Through honesty and empathy I am comfortable with patiently doing the work to understand the needs of others before presenting tailored solutions to problems that may have been previously unidentified. I'm experienced with navigating politically and professionally sensitive conversations around opportunities for improvement, and I gain energy when I achieve outcomes that are mutually beneficial. I have a high capacity for understanding complex technical systems through my engineering background, I have the ability to train others on advanced techniques because of my experience as a Green Beret, and I have the endurance and resilience of someone who’s faced adversity across multiple deployments overseas.
