This was during the transition of Time, Sports and People Magazines out of Perry-Judds Waterloo to Brown Printing Woodstock Division. Upon successful completion of the transition I moved to NYC to work on the Re-Launch of LIFE Magazine. My gravure experience paid off while LIFE was Time Inc's only gravure magazine. The launch of LIFE was flawless thanks to a great team of tremendously talented people.

Worked as the Plant Managers right hand while managing the Customer Service team. Helped facilitate the Customer Audit of our data programming and variable print prior to a product launch. Managed the customer relationships and service level agreements along with new customer start-ups.

Moving back East to be closer to family brought me to United Litho. I managed a department of Customer Service and Planners. Here I lead the implementation of ePS (EFI) Prograph-Toolbox Software (Monarch). This also required a departmental restructure to migrate the role of the CSR and Planner.

Beginning at Quebecor Hazleton, PA. Quebecor Dallas invited me to manage People Magazine. I also lead the implementation of ePS (EFI) Prograph-Toolbox (Monarch) software. This was an inter-company project. I gained experience with the Gravure printing process while at Dallas. Then promoted to Customer Service Manager.

I started at Brown during a summer Internship program in 1989. During semester breaks I returned to work on small projects until I graduated. In 1991 I was hired full-time as a CSR and shortly after became the CSR for Sports Illustrated.
