ISG Solutions sells and supports the iMIS association management system (AMS). ISG has won many awards, including top Authorized iMIS Solution Provider for both Customer Satisfaction and Sales. For more than a decade, ISG has been a member of the Chairman’s Circle of top-performing iMIS resellers. ISG also develops, sells and supports its own software for associations, including ISGweb and iBridge.My role at ISG has four components: 1. As Vice President, I provide critical oversight on all consulting projects to ensure we deliver on our “on-time and on-budget” guarantee and make sure our customers are completely satisfied.2. I support business development by attending conferences and working with the sales and management team to develop new business. I also work on developing new products and services that will benefit our clients.3. I have daily oversight of ISG’s Help Desk, staffed full-time by several senior consultants.4. I manage ISG’s state-of-the-art cloud computing center that services hundreds of client users and websites.In my role managing operations, it is my job to assemble a team that is not only technically skilled but also knowledgeable about association management issues. I conduct daily oversight of each project and assist with problem-solving. I attend most of the association conferences each year, supporting our sales team in the booth, and building relationships with current and prospective clients, as well as industry influencers.Our fully-staffed Help Desk is also part of my daily focus. I keep a continuous eye on help tickets to ensure proper prioritization. Clients have my phone number if they need to escalate an issue. Finally, I manage our state-of-the-art cloud hosting facility, which offers application and website hosting to our association clients. We provide managed services, including remote monitoring and troubleshooting, so our clients can relax knowing their technology is in good hands.

ISG Solutions develops, sells and supports the iMIS association management system (AMS) and other software for associations. One of the largest iMIS solution providers (AiSPs) in the world, ISG has served more than 300 association clients. As Senior Manager, I was responsible for managing iMIS association management software implementations and customizations, including many large-scale iMIS implementations that were delivered on time and at or under budget.I was also responsible for the application hosting division of ISG Solutions, which tripled in size during my tenure. In 2003 I was promoted to Vice President of ISG Solutions.

The National Tire Dealers and Retreaders Association (NTDRA) is an international non-profit association representing all segments of the tire industry, including those that manufacture, repair, recycle, sell, service or use new or retreaded tires, and also those suppliers or individuals who furnish equipment, material or services to the industry. Originally my role was MIS Director, but I was promoted to Director of Finance and Computer Operations, where I was responsible for all of the association’s financial systems and IT operations.
