My role is to currently manage multiple projects in order to deliver an award winning SaaS by using AI and Machine Learning software to deliver Cash and Collect solutions.

Anchor specialises in bespoke, financial software for over 300 clients in the lending industry. My role was to ensure that all software implementation was completed to the clear specification of the contracted agreement, delivering on time within the required budget. I managed multiple projects across the business as well as liaised and negotiated with key stakeholders right up to board level. Other duties included:- Manage end to end projects- Provide weekly detailed project plans for project stakeholders highlighting issues and risks to ensure project milestones and timelines were met.- Production of complex reports and change requests for customers- Configuration/Report Suite/Technical Support for Implementation Projects- Creation and development of complex collections workflows- Train and mentor clients on various products
