The purpose of this role is to Design and implement the Skills Development Bursary Programme on a yearly basis. Supervise subordinates during day-to-day tasks and provide support for ongoing learning and development of team members while also creating and fostering a respectful and inclusive team environment.

The purpose of this position was to work with my direct manage and team members in my department on given projects. I would conceptualize project thematic, aims, objectives and desired outcomes. I would then put together project timelines and monitor these. My KPI's included: Recruitment of students for Bursary opportunities, Data Management/Bursary Administration, Mentoring and Support and Stakeholder Engagement
