• Designed and implemented an improvement solution for a disaster recovery plan in Kubernetes that is automatic, controllable, and observable. The solution uses some open-source tools.• Researched and presented the best practices of Elasticsearch and Redis (Sentinel topology). Applying this knowledge resulted in a more stable and high-availability system.• Designed some topics related to traffic management including Egress Traffic Management, Automated issuance and renewal of SSL/TLS certificates, and Multi CDN.• Deployed and improved an on-call tool that schedules, automatically escalates, and notifies. Standardize the incident/alert management by engaging the right person at the right time.• Designed and implemented an automated monitoring system for meshed traffic that utilizes the observability feature of Linkerd. It helps the developers no need to implement the traffic metrics between microservices. The real-time insights into the system reduce the debugging time cost.• Researched and deployed a security suite that protected applications and services from cyber threats, resulting in a reduction of HTTP attack incidents. Additionally, WAF is also used to protect the ingress traffic. Both security solutions are observable via Prometheus and Grafana.• Developed and maintained the auto-syncing process between CI/CD flow and Jira, preventing missing updating of the status of tasks to accelerate development time.
