Key responsibilities include:Recruitment (70%)Spearhead the recruitment for 5 upcoming stores, ensuring a seamless full-cycle process from candidate profiling and sourcing to CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to comprehend existing staff and operational dynamics in each store.Conduct follow-ups with successful candidates during their probationary period.Provide daily recruitment updates and compile monthly reports.Employer Branding (20%)Curate engaging content for KUBO's Recruitment Facebook Fanpage, resulting in a 35% increase in interactions (likes and inbox) and a post reach exceeding 2000+.Manage and respond promptly to inquiries on the Fanpage, maintaining a response rate above 90%.Internal Communication (10%)Assist the HR team in creating comprehensive onboarding training documentation.
