- Provide roaming and travel SIM strategy, pricing, planning, reporting, analysis and recommendations to management for approval.- Prepare outbound roaming promotion and travel SIM products for inbound tourist (dealing with travel agents, Bus Company and distribute SIM to partners).- Provide finance and reconciliation support for AR/AP, Credit and Debit Note with financial dept. and partners. - Lead and manage the international roaming business (responsible for daily, weekly and monthly roaming report “traffic and revenue increase/decrease”, maintain the roaming revenue, assign roaming tasks to the team, manage and negotiate IOT’s agreement with new/existing partners both direct and hubs.- Improve roaming quality and services for technical and customers; convince partners under Hubs moving to bilateral and steering.- Manage and negotiate with roaming service providers (Roaming Hubs, SMS Hub, A2P SMS, Clearing House, IPX providers and Manage Services).- Supporting and coordinate between related department and new/existing VoIP carriers, A2P SMS partners.

- Lead and prepare the VoIP promotion, tourist SIM package and roaming business both pricing, strategy, reporting, analysis and provide the recommendations to executive management.- Prepare and provide promotions plan (WP/BC and presentation), timeline to team and management for review and approval.- Manage and maintain the services with roaming partners, VoIP carriers, services providers (DCH, FCH, Signaling & GRX, Roaming Hub and SMS Hub) and negotiate the IOT’s discount, tariff and service fee in order to increase traffic, revenue and cost saving.- Monitor and manage the service providers such as data clearing, financial clearing, signaling, GRX, Roaming Hub, SMS Hub and VoIP carriers to ensure we have a good quality and services.- Provide accounting assistance on AR, AP & CN for verification with Billing, Financial Dept. and service providers (DCH, FCH, Signaling & GRX, Roaming Hub, SMS Hub and VoIP carriers).- Re-negotiate the calling rates with VoIP carriers then compare the rates, quality and services performance with internal and external and re-routing the traffic.- Negotiations the IRA with roaming partners to agree on terms and conditions; makes proposal and recommendations for management approval and exchange the roaming agreements.- Prepare and provide timeline to technical and relevant divisions to set up the testing schedule with roaming partners.- Verify the tadig test and prepare the commercial launch date to ensure that all divisions (plus DC & FC) are fully informed to enable them to initiate their respective pre-launch activities.- Prepare and updating the AA14 and IR21 to team and roaming partners.
