● MIG21 to CRIMS Conversion Work stream Lead- Responsible for work allocation of 14 SMEs - Responsible for Project Scope analysis which included review client's Rule Library (10,000~ tests), review for re-usability and similarity as part of preparation- Design end-to-end entire Rule Management process during Conversion based on Agile methodology- Collaborate with Data and QA to ensure quality of the Rule Coding- Review MIG21 system setups and highlight potential issues when converting to new solution such as technology differences, potential discrepancies and solutions/workarounds- Work directly with Project Management, addressing all concerns or highlighting important issues- Actively participate in Stakeholder Meetings where I provided status update for the work stream- Act as point of contact for any issues- Actively manage project's Delta by providing monthly reports of changes done in MIG21 that have to be included during Conversion- Responsible for introduction of Client's newly trained Rule Writers to the system- Responsible for Release planning and promotion of changes from Testing Environment to Production- Responsible for creation, updates and tracking of Rule and List repositories
