Main responsibilities:o Managing team of global business managers (BM) supporting senior leadership team (SMT) across the CPB O&T(Jun’20-May’22) and CGW Tech (Jun’22-)o Financial and workforce tracking, reporting, and providing information to senior management globally across organization on regular basis, accrual process managemento Oversite on all type of expenses in the organization- labor cost, software, vendor contracts, data center, space and othero Working closely with SMT to define and manage financial/HC targetso Working closely with BMs and SMTs on identification Opportunities and Risk to the budget, and proposing mitigation planso Manage capacity planning during budget process vs expected demand, including financial and resource location strategy perspectiveo Working with technology partners on organization metrics, scorecard, KPI with deep understanding and remediation proposal for red itemso Challenge organization inefficiencies from financial and process perspective o Being key contribution during CGW Tech integration mainly in financial, demand, client allocation, people and culture workstreamso Prepare and provide training to project managers and their teams on finance processes, BOW and other key business office functions, sharing best practices

Main responsibilities:o Responsible for managing EMEA Operations and Technology financials, headcount, and Book of Work and other business office taskso Provide pertinent financial information reports to facilitate the needs of the businesso Co-ordinate with Global PMO on a regular basis to ensure organization is up to date with their guidelines and deliverableso Actively govern the BOW to ensure SDLC and process compliance including BCM (business critical milestone) reportingo Work with business partners during budget season to prioritize the BOWo Work closely with Branding and Communication Workgroup o Process, BOW and other key business office functions
