I have over 9 years of experience in software engineering at Elastic, with a focus on document oriented storage data stores, cloud computing, and software architecture. I have a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and I am a Sun Certified Java Programmer.I enjoy solving complex problems, learning new things, and sharing my knowledge with others. I regularly participate on StackOverflow to hone my skills and help the community. I also have a passion for innovation, support, and customer satisfaction, which I apply in my previous role as a Tech Lead for the Support Operations team at Elastic, where I improved the framework of support for engineers and customers, creating web applications and serverless APIs, and collaborating with multiple teams and projects.
