Provided production level support for applications, application deployments, production outage triage, application maintenance and second level support.Communicated day to day system health and status vertically through the organization, by creating database of monitoring metrics. Established production system alerting mechanisms using a suite of system monitoring tools including New Relic, Splunk, Omniture, Gomez, Keynote and Oracle 12 Database applications.
