At eMed Digital Healthcare, I work as a L3 Customer Support Advocate, Last Mile Overseer, and Resolution Escalation Specialist, which is the main point of contact for all escalated testing and shipping inquiries. eMed provides at-home testing and treatment for many tests, including COVID-19, drug screening, UTI, blood collection, etc. Throughout this experience, I've worked hands-on with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Shopify. I also obtained expertise utilizing Figma, Stripe, Grafana, and Elastic Path to re-generate invoices, issue lab reports, and provide refunds. After a few months at eMed, I was placed in a position to manage the last mile. As the main overseer of the last mile, I ensure all orders are shipped out promptly and received by the customer as promised. I work hands-on with couriers, logistics, and development to ensure customer satisfaction. I also handled disputes and fraud investigations, chargeback transactions, tracking and monitoring repeated discrepancies on Stripe, etc. While completing my daily tasks, I make sure to adhere to the security and privacy of health information during work activities, following HIPPA guidelines.

I proctored at-home rapid COVID-19 testing to provide hands-on interaction and feedback to improve the testing process at eMed, which was a start-up company at the time. During my employment at Sitel, I was working on site at eMed headquarters in downtown Miami. I learned many skills, including how to correct and issue CLIA-certified and FDA-approved lab reports to customers while adhering to the security and privacy of health information following HIPPA guidelines.
