Working as a Finland Country Manager in an international direct selling company and leading our sales organization to success was rewarding. The sales organization training, motivating and implementation of a new business concept were central to my job description. In addition, constant sales channel expansion and recruitment of new sales consultants were a key part of my job. I was reporting CEO of Green House Group in Denmark.

My responsibility included the sales of South-Finland. Job description included the organization's coaching and training. Also various sales and recruitment campaign designing and organizing, as well as training sessions, seminars and implementation were part of my job. I was in addition a member of the sales management team. I enjoy my work in an energetic team and varied tasks and of course good results.
