-Successfully led and completed a knowledge transfer initiative of more than 300 localization production tasks from the Deluxe Montreal office to worldwide offices in 10 days. The task involved coordinating 7 departments to catalog and organize all available technical documentation (missing documents were created from scratch) into an indexed online database that is accessible to all Deluxe Media employees worldwide. -Compiled, organized and centralized more than 100 000 words worth of client technical specifications into 13 indexed “master documents” to be used by 13 different teams.
