I managed Core Team, CRB Team and QA Team with almost 100 engineers. Teams focus on developing and maintaining ByoCore 2.0, providing CRB products for internal and external customers, and performing validation on all projects in Byosoft. Support international and domestic silicon vendors, like Intel/AMD,HiSilicon,ZhaoXin,Loongson,Hygon,Phytium, StarFive and Pingtouge.Internal Projects:1. New Core：ByoCore 2.0, one repo and framework to support all mainstream arch like x86, ARM,MIPS, LoongArch and RISC-V. Use manifest XML file to pull and build projects, maximize code reuse and improve quality.2. CI/CD & Byosoft Auto-test Framework: Integrate CI/CD on Cloud，dev auto-test frame and test cases. Parts of project can have more than 60% auto test coverage.3. Remodel dev flow：Deployed Gitlab、CI/CD and one repo. Remodel dev flow, project management and code review etc.4. Byosoft CRB Product Line：Based on ByoCore 2.0，dev and maintain CRBs for all international and domestic silicon vendors, including Intel CRBs for IOT, Client and Server segment. 5. Byosoft Cloud Training: Online BIOS/BMC training class in China, 1200+ students, 50K training hours, and 10+ enterprise customers. External Projects：1. Customer Projects：HUAWEI Whitley Storage Server、multiple Alibaba MOC projects, multiple Inspur Hygon Server projects.

We trained IFV and VIP the EDK/EDKII knowledge. We bring up groups in Intel to use EDK/EDKII.
