CurrentSalesforce Solution Design, Development, & Management● Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to define and implement a datastrategy that aligns with RFA’s priorities and strategic goals.● Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce to implement the solution design thataligns with RFA’s priorities and strategic goals.● Develop and maintain reporting and data visualization capabilities that enable leadership toaccess and understand data insights easily.● Establish data governance policies and practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, andsecurity and Implement data quality standards and monitor data integrity to build trust in the data used for decision-making.Technology Systems Portfolio Management● Manage agency-wide Tech portfolio and determining when to replace existing technology systems with more appropriate, next generation systems.● Drive prioritization of technology development through the collection of end-userrequirements to manage a product roadmap/backlog.● Guide the process for the selection of new vendors and/or technologies.Team Leadership● Recruit, hire, and onboard talented individuals with the necessary skills for Salesforce solutiondesign, development, and management.● Develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive team that reflects a variety of skills andperspectives.● Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team membersand ensure efficient use of Salesforce and other tech resources.Budget and Resource Management● Develop and manage the technology budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizingresource allocation for Salesforce and other tech related initiatives.● Oversee relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts,manage vendor performance, and ensure the organization receives value for its investments.
