Senior Customer Education Expert

As a member of the Customer Success Team, the purpose of the Education Expert is to guide new customers through training and onboarding, ensuring that they are able to use the Levelset platform comfortably and confidently. The goal of the Education Experts is to decrease time-to-value for Levelset’s rapidly growing customer base and drive adoption of the product. In this role, I manage a portfolio of new customers at the SMB and Mid Market level and help them progress through the onboarding and implementation phase to 'go live' on the Levelset platform. As the first touch point in a customer’s experience after purchasing Levelset, I am critically important in delivering an initial experience that creates “Wow!” moments and set up customers for long-term success.
