● Lead on-site recruiter responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting technology and creative talent for Innovation hubs, GigNow Platform development teams, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Engineering, and Cloud Applications.. ● Establishing high touch relationships with hiring teams to build talent pipelines and provide creative Talent Acquisition strategy for the EY Ventures agile tech startup environment. ● Provide consultative talent advisory services to the leadership and hiring teams (including Lead Partner and department heads) covering creative hiring strategy, best practices and development of approach to face to face and online hiring events and campaigns. ● Provide advice and guidance to hiring teams on internal policies, creating job descriptions, providing insights and competitive market intelligence. Managing hiring timelines and budget/headcount management. ● Responsible for recruitment of Full Time Employees including: sourcing & qualifying candidates, managing the interview process, candidate experience, salary/benefits negotiations and closing. ● Train off-shore Executive Recruiter team in manila on Recruiting Best Practices & Policies. ● Leveraged internal ATS Avature and Taleo for candidate management and detailed notation as well as sourcing through previously qualified candidates. ● Utilized various sourcing resources including but not limited to Linkedin Recruiter, major job boards (Monster,Indeed,Angelist, Dice,etc), and targeted forums and groups. Managed and updated job postings and candidate applications. ● Strategize directly with department heads on proactively building qualified candidate pipelines for future headcount. Workforce forecasting. ● Present qualified candidates within 48 hrs of request and handle all coordination and scheduling when needed, to ensure consistency of candidate experience in a highly competitive “bay area” candidate recruitment market.
