• Senior member of the Solution Consultant team specialising on Pega Customer Service Engagement strategy.
• Work with large enterprise organisations and international brands, evangelising and demonstrating the value and business benefit customers can unlock by adopting Pega Customer Service.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic direction to drive digital transformation initiatives with Pega Enterprise accounts.
• Preparing and delivering compelling live solution demonstrations.
• Work closely with Product Management to help shape product roadmap.

• Responsible for the Digital, AI and Automation proposition across the Sabio Group, consistently achieving commercial targets quarter on quarter, with annual target of £4M, growing year on year
• Leading a multi-disciplined strategic team, ranging from product/vendor management, proposition pricing to customer success and optimisation.
• Define the strategic direction of the portfolio to ensure their proposition is relevant and compelling, introducing new solutions and technology when relevant
• Develop the product marketing strategies, which includes pricing, advertising, collateral and product launching
• Communicate the vision and value of portfolio to the wider Presales and Commercial teams, providing subject matter expertise and ongoing enablement
• Present the Sabio AI and Automation strategy and portfolio and Sabio sales and industry events

• PreSales lead, working across the Sabio’s strategic accounts and new business generation
• Strategic account planning - Working in partnership with Account Director and senior customer stakeholders to build technology roadmap which is meets customer requirements and demonstrates true ROI
• New business - In partnership with Sales Lead and individually on new business opportunities, throughout the full sales cycle; from first customer engagement, through to selection and contracting
• Design and scoping innovative solutions that meet business requirements, both operational and technical, whilst remaining commercially viable for both existing customer base and new prospects
• Technical design authority of multi-technology, enterprise contact centre solutions, engaging and managing input from SMEs and Vendors
• Preparing and delivering compelling live solution demonstrations and presentations in pressurised environments.

• Project design Lead in the implementation team for enterprise grade platforms, multi technology solutions
• Providing operational best practise consultancy to the biggest and most innovative brands in retail, logistics and finance
