- Advising students by meeting for 15-minute sections during Career Center Drop-in hours, or by appointment to help them improve their career portfolio- Teaching students by establishing what makes a good resume and cover letter to provide them with the ability to revise their portfolio throughout their career- Connecting students by establishing relationships as well as providing students with access to resources to help them create a network and become more independent in their career search

- Oversaw a wing of 40 residents in a dormitory by establishing relationships and being accessible to them to help them navigate conflicts and challenges as they begin their college experience- Created a community within a residence hall of 200 students by organizing events and establishing relationships to allow them to have a sense of belonging and safety in their residence hall- Managed schedules and time by establishing boundaries and utilizing a calendar and daily to-do lists to have better time management and allow more energy and an ability to get work done in the hall

- Built a two week training program which provides 16 high school aged participants with experience in three different departments to provide them with the skills necessary to enter the workforce- Advised Counselors in Training on career prospects by providing them knowledge about soft skills and creating a career portfolio to help them leverage skills learned in the CIT Program- Created rotating personalized schedules for all 16 CITs by utilizing excel to allocate equal time spent in each of the six camp departments across each sessison

- Cross-trained in multiple areas by expressing interest and gaining experience as a ashier, stock clerk, and a floor sales associate to enable support during peak hours and ensure a positive customer experience- Collaborated effectively with team members by asking for help when needed and ensuring all team members had the support they needed to streamline checkout processes and provide short wait times for customers

- Facilitated a cabin of 7-12 preteen children weekly through the summer to ensure their safety and that they have a fun, engaging time at summer camp- Lead camp activities and events by establishing a general knowledge of all camp activities and providing lifeguard coverage in the pool and at the lake to ensure safety and engagement for all campers- Established connections with fellow staff and campers by creating a welcoming environment and creating foundational events to allow for baseline connections to create a better sense of community and belonging at camp
