• Provide full lifecycle recruiting for TS/SCI candidates with a focus on Military Intelligence professionals to include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending verbal and written offers• Continually maintaining candidate information in CACI’s automated recruiting system TALEO and most recently Workday Talent Acquisition System• Coordinate with Program Managers and Staffing Coordinators on a daily basis to review organizational recruiting requirements and plans • Maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates• Perform a variety of professional and administrative functions to ensure positions are filled with qualified candidates and to meet customer requirements • Provide regular reporting to senior management on recruiting issues• Represent CACI at recruiting related events
