I am an EMT-Intermediate (Emergency Medical Technician). I respond to 911 calls with my team. I usually help with patient care, but I also drive the ambulance occasionally. When not on duty, I serve as my agency's deputy chief, and of course perform other duties as needed. I am a certified EMS Educator Coordinator in Virginia.I am a webguy. I started using the back in 1993, when everything was handcrafted HTML. I am now proficient in managing web sites in WordPress, which allows you to stay focused on what you want to write about, not the underlying technology. I am slowly working on moving my sites over to Hugo.Past lives: I was a journalist, covering live theatre and publishing performance and audition schedules, as well as news and reviews for live productions in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. I was a stage manager. During a production's rehearsal process, I help coordinate actions between a show's director, designers, actors and crew. Once the show opens, I manage all of the aspects of the show backstage and on stage. I ran a network of different Internet radio stations that all play Christmas and holiday tunes year-round.
