Each country should provide a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Operations, but as Sweden decided to remain a passiv partner, and Norway didn't have anyone suited for the tasks at hand, I ended up being the only and primary Business Analyst on the largest project in the region. It was a difficult task, as the vendor (Norwegian) and timeline had already been set based on limited initial studies, so it took some time and persuasion to bring the project back on a realistic track. But until then, I took on the challenge ofbeing the only BA resource available in meetings with the vendor, covering the requested functionality and overall systems platform and integration of all 3 countries. In the end, after 18 months, the project was terminated, as it was decided that Norway would be the only country moving forward at some point in time.* LEAN workshop focused on Collections.As BA Lead for Collections and facilitator, it was my task to ensure full coverage of all aspects of the requested change to the process and systems, including Risk, Behavioral scoring (Probe), Legal & Compliance, Operations and Finance.
