During my time with Lets for Life I carried out an operational role providing tenancy support for a number of adults with a range of complex learning disabilities. I also carried out a key role as Project Manager for a transforming care capital project. This role involved me working alongside NHS, Local Authority and other ker strategic partners to find a permanent home for a long time institutionalised individual.

• Responsibility for over 400 staff including 11 area mangers, head of service improvement, income management and customer engagement. • Responsible for the delivery of front line operational housing services to 42,000 council tenants across Sheffield.• Lead for neighbourhood regeneration in the north of SheffieldAchievements Transformed the north of Sheffield through pioneering stock reduction, regeneration and redevelopment project  Led major policy reviews resulting on process improvements, revised performance management framework, creation of specialist teams delivering 30 % improved void property turnaround and £100K arrears reduction. Spearheaded the introduction of award winning call centre which dealt with 80% of initial enquiries freeing up front line staff to concentrate on delivering improved tenancy and estate management.  Establishment of innovative Neighbourhood Action team. This team won a UK Housing Award and led to significant improvements in satisfaction with confidence in reporting and dealing with anti-social behaviour.
