I have also been responsible for the development of Mechanic and/or Electronic products.P e r s o n a l - P r o f i l eAs a Project Manager I have already proven to be effective, but I am also a enthousiastic Improvement Manager or a driven GroupLeader. In all these roles i deploy my people skills and coaching leadership ensuring the right person is assigned to the right job. This way my team consistently delivers on target. I have had many good results with my team by setting clear personal targets and boundaries. These typically contained a sufficient range of freedom and check points which allowed me to coach the team to achieve consistent positive results whilst allowing the individual team members to grow and learn. Even in cases where there is doubt on a member’s suitability this method will allow for timely intervention when needed, thus providing ample resources for the team to explore their possibilities and strengths. This way I have always had a motivated, feeling respected and high performing team.I like to work out all assigned tasks in detail, but have learned to keep track on efficiency by applying a time-driven approach. My default action is to get going and finish the job, I am always reluctant to quit an assignment but am able to switch if this is required by a changing company strategy.Improving inefficient processes is my hobby, keeping me sharp and motivated. I am very creative in finding practical solutions to complex processes. To accomplish this I like to use my analytical and project management skills.
