Prior achievements in support of Cambridge include staffing the first fusion center in Kabul, Afghanistan, responsible for setting up initial intelligence communications for the country. Outstanding efforts by PMR in 2004 led to an award in Bagram the following year. Consulted at Invertix working on its largest DoD client. Hired for all roles, focusing on IT and Intel. Responsible for over half of all hires during the company's greatest expansion, thereby creating a revenue stream of upwards of $10MM. Grew company by 100%, from 70 to over 140 employees; staffed four regional offices, focusing largely on IT and BD positons. Aided in the delivery of HR programs. Cutting-edge NMS tools required developing strong networking skills seeking passive candidates.
