My previous role was as a Manager/functional Director of the Recruitment process. Achievements included a top-down review of the entire recruitment function, selecting and customizing a new ATS, being Program and International Recruitment Lead, as well as ensuring strong policy and procedure implementation. In this role, annual offers increased 120%, as well as hires by 60%. Personally extended over 350+ offers in a three-year time period across a diverse set of Programs and Departments, including hiring IT, Engineering, HR, Proposal, BD, and Recruitment teams. Cut attrition by 60%. Prior achievements in support of Cambridge include staffing the first fusion center in Kabul, Afghanistan, responsible for setting up initial intelligence communications for the country. Outstanding efforts by PMR in 2004 led to an award in Bagram the following year. Spearheaded Software Engineering recruiting with Northrop Grumman, as well as successful support with the GSA, State Department, and other DoD clients.

Managed all the SpinSys Recruiting efforts, responsbile for growing a small workforce to over 150 pp in a two-year timeframe. SpinSys is a rapidly growing solutions and technical services company, offering products and a broad range of expertise focused on providing complete solutions for the federal government, as well as enterprise-wide legal solutions to some of the world's largest companies. Technologies include .NET, Java, Web, Engineering, Cloud and full SDLC positions for multiple DoD end clients.

Consulted at Invertix working on its largest DoD client. Hired for all roles, focusing on IT and Intel. Responsible for over half of all hires during the company's greatest expansion, thereby creating a revenue stream of upwards of $10MM. Technologies included Java, J2EE, Cloud, Hadoop, Agile, PM, Engineering and full SDLC roles.Outstanding work on this contract led to several new client referrals.

Areas of support include Channel Sales, Finance and IT placement for both their HQ and their international locations in Germany, London, and Paris.

Spot Runner is an Advertising Company revolutionizing the way businesses advertise on TV. Staffed for Inside Sales, Regional and National Sales teams during their greatest expansion, hiring 100% of all open roles during contract. Niche positions in IT, Corporate, and Advertising were also filled.Success on this contract led to 3 new client referrals.

Start-up IT Network Management company providing consultants in the telecommunications and government sectors.Sole IT Recruiting Manager with complete autonomy over full life-cycle process, serving as the Director of Recruiting for several months prior to the telecom market downturn. Grew company by 100%, from 70 to over 140 employees; staffed four regional offices, focusing largely on IT and BD positons. Aided in the delivery of HR programs. Cutting-edge NMS tools required developing strong networking skills seeking passive candidates.

PMR, Inc, consulted at the National Headquarters for ARC, the top non-profit in the United States. Managed upwards of 80+ ongoing positions while supporting four distinct Information Technology divisions. PMR, Inc. was charged with supporting an ongoing $100M IT project, as well as regional offices. ARC’s ongoing MACS project standardized IT operating systems to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. PMR extended 300+ offers during a two year period, growing department over 200%. PMR, Inc. was successful in ARC’s first IT compensation overhaul.
