Managing the Production Support team to deliver release drops to client, involving release planning, execution and delivery. Strong areas appreciated by the senior management were Ticket Management and Delivery. Lead the team to create POC and system scripts to help client understand the existing system depth and capabilities and also create user guides for the various modules of the system. Involved in Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) to implement Six Sigma for the project. Involved in predictive analysis to proactively identify and fix the production issues.
