I managed a team of senior sales and sales support staff located in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland and enjoyed a close working relationship with J.P. Morgan’s Global Corporate Bank and Investment Bank.

Was in the initial working group and subsequently the first staff member appointed to the Global Transactional Banking team's Working Capital Consulting role. Role was to provide analytical support to customer pitches and quantify working capital gains and efficiencies for the Institutional Banks Global Transactional Banking Financial Institutions and International Trade customers. Role also involved formulation of sector and product strategy and target lists for the International Trade business with a primary focus on supply chain solutions.Project and Strategy roles included: Key role in the formulation and execution of the Institutional Banks liability management strategy including formulation of training material and delivery of staff training sessions throughout Australia. This was a critical project pre GFC where we looked to raise liabilities to reduce the bank's dependence on external capital markets for funding.
