🌐Since 1987 Cridfords has been established as an independent Porsche specialist offering exceptional vehicles, car servicing and customer service. 🎯MY ROLE As Managing Director, my role is to oversee the strategic management of all operations across the Cridfords dealership, ensuring standards of quality, and delivery across the organization are met. My role includes, but is not limited to :✔️Oversee financial control, sales, engineering, marketing, human resources and operations/production.✔️Develop, maintain and enhance customer relationships.✔️Develop future business opportunities.✔️Coordinate strategy, sales and communication with the wider Cridfords team. ✔️Supporting staff and encouraging the right drive and attitude across the branch.✔️Leading, motivating and developing a well-established and professional team.✔️Delivering and exceeding YoY financial targets for the dealership.
