As the Onboarding Program Lead at Eliassen Group, I manage the daily operations, workload, metrics, and performance of a team of Onboarding Program Coordinators, who support several offices in their onboarding process. I also serve as the Project Manager for various onboarding related initiatives and handle analysis across specific field locations. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from UC Santa Cruz and an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification. I am passionate about process improvement, training and development, mentorship, and analytics. Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, yoga, painting, cooking, and entertaining my crazy puppy.
