Onboarding Program Lead
Current• Function as a team lead for assigned Onboarding Program Coordinators.• Serve as a Project Manager for various onboarding related initiatives and conduct analysis across the company.• Manage daily operations, workload, metrics, satisfaction surveys, project plans, data integrity, scheduling, overall performance of assigned tasks and projects, and serve as the liaison to the Senior Onboarding Program Manager.• Develop and implement training programs including new Onboarding Program Coordinator training program and consultant onboarding process training for various groups across the organization.• Drive change management and communication strategies for all onboarding functions across the organization.• System administrator for all onboarding systems.• First-tier escalation point of contact for time sensitive onboarding and compliance issues.• Organize and conduct a range of training sessions, announcements, and other onboarding events across the organization.• Manage and review all onboarding audits.• Provide direct feedback related to performance assessments and conduct biannual reviews in collaboration with the Senior Onboarding Program Manager.• Proactively mentor, guide, and develop all direct reports.
