Worked alongside a digital marketing agency to carry out an email campaign of 5-7 sends per week, from conception, planning and briefing to set-up and sending. Successfully managed migration of email service providers overcoming major deliverability issues. Proposed and implemented responsive design and dynamic content in email campaigns to improve engagement. Increased email pressure and content of emails to improve engagement, increasing CTR from a weekly average of ~11% to ~14.5% dependent on file segmentation.
