Sr. Technical Recruiter
• Working primarily on Java,.net, Big Data, Hadoop, BSA,BA, ETL,Devops Engineer, Network Engineer, Salesforce Developer, UX/UI Designer, System Engineer, System Admin, SAP fuctional and Technical modules, Project Manager, Program Manager.• Handling full life cycle Recruiting activities for US to include; Posting Positions, Prescreening &Interviewing candidates over phone, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements, closing.• Full Life-Cycle Recruiting experience generating understanding the opening, sourcing the right candidate, technical Pre-screening, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with client and consultants.• Specialties Recruiting (working with all "US IT and non-IT Requirements" on all "Tax Terms" i.e. ( W2, 1099 and C2C)• Sourcing of candidates through Portals and Social Networking sites like LinkedIn.• Working with Ceipal TalentHire (ATS) and Scout (VMS).• Working with Accounts / Resource managers on all staffing related issues, such as recruitment,• Selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques and closing candidates.• Discuss the "core" of the job description, and deliver exceptional IT candidates in a timely Fashion.• Negotiate hourly rates / salaries with candidates / sub-contractors. Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks/Technical checks. Screen and format resumes for presentation of the candidates to the clients.
