In the first year itself, the adoption of iCEDQ scaled up across the bank.• In 2019, as Test automation Working Group lead of Risk IT, was able to drive efficiency via automation, resulting in the reduction of Cost per test case execution by 41% and QA spends reduced by 25%.• Successfully led team and vendor resources to bring in tools that improve SDLC processes such as iCEDQ, Katalon Studio, and Open Source tools such as JMeter. Contributed code atop the bank's standard tool (Odyssey) being used by teams to deliver a 1-click build-deploy-test pipeline.• From 2017 to 2019 lead automation team and deliver a solution to many application teams.
